What notification channels can I use when contacting people via Safety Check on Workplace?

You can contact people in the following ways:
  1. Workplace Notifications (these will be shown at the top of News Feed in web & mobile and through notifications)
  2. Work Chat Bot (these will send a chat prompt to users)
  3. Email (these will send emails to users via email in profile)
You can choose to send Safety Check through one or many notification channels. When you click Send Safety Check, you'll be able to select one notification channel at a time. To send notifications through more than one channel, repeat the process.
A user only needs to respond to one notification type to be marked as safe or needing assistance.
